Currently I am getting the follow DTC's due to the engine swap, an issues turning these off?
P0036 HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P0141 O2 Heater Circuit (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P0443, P0449 & P0452 pertaining to the Evap System
P0650 MIL Indicator Light

Is there any Issue turning off all the other items pertaining to the O2 Bank 2 Sensor and Evap system (below)? Are they needed for other things to function?
O2 Bank 1, Sensor 2: P0136, P0137, P0138, P0140
Evap System: P0442 to P0455

Shouldn't be a problem turning off all O2 sensor 2 and evap system codes off.

Curious that you are getting P0650 which indicates a problem with the MIL light or wiring itself.

It looks like it's a little common with swapped cars. I Loogle searched for Chevy HP Tuners P0650 and a lot of LS3 swap guys talked about turning it off. I'm only worried that if I switch that one off I might not get a CEL for other things that are still on.

I don't think it's common on here. I don't know that turning off that particular code will mean that you won't get a MIL light. The fact that the MIL is malfunctioning may mean you don't get a light.

If you are swapping a motor into something that doesn't have a stock instrument cluster so no MIL like a typical LS swap, then you would probably turn it off.

I need to clear the codes for registration. Do i have to buy HP tuners to clear those codes or can I borrow someones?

If you borrow the HPT interface, you will have to purchase $100 of credits for your particular VIN.

Some of the emission codes can't be turned off with the newer versions. But I don't know the particulars since I'm running older device/software.

Good to know. Is it a credit per code? seems like they have credits for $50. Im not entirely sure I understand the credit thing and HP tuners website is loading like its run on windows 95....

Not per code. 2 credits will enable unlimited tuning for that device to that VIN. I'm not sure about transferring VINs between devices, if you load credits on a borrowed device and then buy your own device.

Ahh I see, so basically if I borrow the device then decide to buy my own I would have to buy more credits for my own device
