Ive seen people on here talk about buying new bolts for the goblin and all. Is this an option or does someone have a PDF of what and how many of what you order? Thanks guys.
I had to buy a lot of new bolts to rebuild the engine. Many of the fasteners used by GM on the ecotec engine are "torque to yield" (TTY), meaning they can't be re-used. If you're not rebuilding the engine, there's no need for you to buy any new fasteners. Everything is just repurposed from the stuff taken off the donor.
I replaced a lot of the fasteners with new. But no list. I already had a lot of them. Beyond those I just sourced from eBay, Rural King, Grainger, Home Depot. You just need to look ahead of your current work and plan ahead. Just measure the lengths and buy and label a selection of metric nuts to check diameter and pitch.
