Since zzp and all other outlets I could find is out of the dual pass cooler, with a bunch of phone calls, come to find out, It can still be ordered from the dealer in their GM performance line. It will come up as “out of stock”, but it’s actually considered “order through manufacturer”. This means, you order it and they will send it to you. I got mine in less than a week.

Does anyone have good part numbers for the rod ends in the car? Found a good reference with some of the comparable company designs at the page below, but not sure what other folks are running as they are replaced (if you've replaced them).

Ball joint style rods ends or heim style rod ends? The parts you listed from the FK catalog are heim style. The 'stock' Goblin rod ends are ball joint style rod ends. Unless you have modified your steering arms (front) or knuckles (rear) to make them bolt-thru to mount heim style rod ends, you should start your search in RockAuto for the Cobalt parts.

Ha you got me - I shouldn't have said rod ends without specifying i mean the suspension arm connection joints for all the control arms. I think the best I've found are the loader slot designs which would be on that page as FK - KMX series, QA1 XMR series, and midwest control MXM series. But again, curious what other folks have replaced/run with

Suspension heims come in basically 3 flavors - cheapies (with a obvious pressed in piece on one side to retain the inner ball) - good (with a full machined surface on both side, usually have a Teflon liner between the inner ball and the body) - expensive (noticeably thicker body width, usually have a metallic surface between the inner ball and the body). The good type are the ones you want to install on a Goblin suspension, these are the type DF uses. Stay away from the cheapest, since the pressed piece can wiggle out over time and the inner ball will no longer be in full contact with the body - noisey and loose. The DF parts don't have any manufacturer part numbers on them, that I can see. You will have to order them based on the size - mount thread (think it's 5/8?) and mounting bolt diameter (5/8 too?) - someone else will have to confirm. But also know that there are LH and RH thread heim ends used in the suspension. Mine has both, some other builders have reported having only RH threads. This should be checked on the control arms before ordering.
