I think this is more how it is supposed to look but it’d be easy to adjust them to a different position.

Thats more what I was thinking. Ive not see how they mount up close so I wasnt sure if there was different positions.

Yeah I'm not sure why the builder did that with his fenders. Each Goblin is a reflection of the builder etc, and I don't want to crap on someone else's work, but that just doesn't look good.

Could be that the DMV/inspector determined the fenders had to prevent kicking up stones (even though that happens within the first 1 to 2 inches of the tire lifting off the pavement) and required that kind of mounting lower in the back. I'm sure there is some good technical reason they are not mounted like the front fenders.
