LNF - Connection Lost to Throttle Pedal

This last weekend, on two separate occasions, the car lost communications with the Throttle Pedal and I'm looking for answers.
Both times, the throttle pedal suddenly became unresponsive.
The first time, it fixed it self when I turn the car off and back on. The 2nd time I had to clear codes, but I believe I only had to clear codes because of a clutch pedal position sensor problem I'm having.

First time I had code P0606 and the second time I had code P0606 and P0685

I am using the stock throttle pedal connected to a Tilton Pedal box with a pushrod.

Anyone have any ideas?

Have you looked up the actual service manual description for those codes? Internet says those are an ECM problem, not a pedal/sensor problem.

Yeah, to clarify, I actually don’t think those codes are related. I think I’m getting those codes when I’m using my battery disconnect before the car has had time to sit for a while and completely shut down.

It's hard to get a "dead pedal" issue on a normal set up without a pedal code. I think even a completely disconnected (wiring) pedal would through a code. It's going to be hard to track down without a data log to determine what is actually happening.
