Got a little more done the past few days. Cleaned up and re-sealed the transmission. Engine is up next. Gonna do timing chain kit and water pump.

Engine is complete and mounted to Tranny. Just have to remove valve cover baffle and get valve cover powder coated. My frame is currently on the jig. Getting closer to building time. Cant Wait!!!

Question, why are you removing the valve cover baffles? They help reduce the amount of oil mist suspended in the crankcase pressurized air being sucked out of the cover vent into the intake. Are you planning on an oil separation/catch can system? Or am I misinterpreting your intent?

I think just until powder coated then put back in .

Ok, I did misunderstand your intentions. Was worried that the baffles were not going back in. We have to look out for each other to make sure we do the best things for our Goblins.

Correct Zoom Zoom. I’m removing the baffles to have the valve cover powder coated. Once I get it back, I will re-install the baffles and baffle plate.

Kit should be here in 2 weeks. Engine all done and ready to go in.

May I ask for any info that you were able to get help from Lonny on? I also have a 2010 donor and suspect I may have the same questions?

Yes. The master comes from the front can then connects to the pedal
