If the tuner is not seeing O2 function then my first guess would not be misconfiguration in the tune, unless the wideband is wired (or not wired) into the ECM in a way where the tuner can't find it.
Do you have two narrowbands and a wideband, or what?
Is it the narrowband or wideband O2 sensor the tuner is having an issue with?
If it's the wideband, what wideband is it? Does it have its own gauge? Does that work?
How's the wideband hooked into the ECM, or where's it hooked into?
What's no O2 function mean? Can't find the channel, reading is high/low/static?
What's 7 AFR mean? I don't think most widebands will show richer than .68λ which is 10:1 AFR on gas or 6.6:1 on E85
