Wire routing help please

Did you get this answered? I may need to dig deeper but I believe it goes to a Exhaust gas injection system pump? 50 state emissions?

Not sure if this will help you on your '08 LNF harness, but on an '06 LSJ, there's two red/black wires on the C4 connector, one in position B1 and one in position C2.
B1 is a 4mm^2 wire that goes from a 50a fuse labeled ABS in the fuse block to the EBCM (electronic brake control module)
C2 is a 3mm^2 wire that goes from a 30a fuse labeled BCM3 in the fuse block to the BCM (body control module)
My guess is, if you've cut it, it's the wire that used to go to the (now deleted) EBCM. My additional guess would be this is a key on power source that you could utilize if you have big power needs back there. See if you can get continuity from that wire to the ABS fuse on the fuse block, or from that pin on the bottom of the fuse block to the fuse on top. Not sure if you'll get continuity if the fuse block is uninstalled and un-powered, though.

ABS! I forgot about that one, very likely! check the label on the fuse position above.
