2019-DF KIT CAR #176. ($27,000) 2006 chevy cobalt SS donor car with 111,789 miles. Car currently has 113,294 miles on the odometer. Car makes 458hp/315tq on 15lbs of boost with E85 292hp/222tq on 9lbs boost with 93 octane. The car has a lot more power potential on both e85 and 93 octane. You can probably get near 600 on e85 and over 450 on 93 on safe tunes. Car is in storage in Jacksonville, FL. I am active duty Navy living in Japan. I am retiring soon and I could use the funds to pay somethings off before I come home. Car is registered and titled in Montana through my LLC. I have an associate in FL who can handle the sale of the car. I have tried to answer most questions ahead of time. You cannot build this car for this price. All parts were new at time of install.
Powder coated matte gold extended open cage frame w/ following options Fiberglass hood, windscreen, fiber glass foot well cover, aluminum side panels, spoiler mounts with carbon fiber GT wing, Dominator headlights, side mirrors, solid engine mounts, license plate mount, LED taillights, button panels, FX1 pro seat package with 5-point harnesses, Rear coil over kit, 5x114.3 hub conversion. Just about every piece of the kit is powder coated. OTTP short throw shifter.
Every wear item replace including brake pads, inner and outer tie rods, steering lockout tie rods in rear. And rear ball joints.
Engine:
Category V max ported cylinder head refreshed with new valves, valve seals, 82lb springs, and titanium retainers, lifters, and OTTP Stage three turbo cams ARP head studs.

Complete engine gasket set

Things that need to be addressed:
Rear main seal is leaking (I guess I pinched the lip installing it)
Electric water pump and electric fan need to be wired to a relay( I was in a hurry and wired directly to battery through a switch)
Needs a new speedometer cluster. (the speedo stepper motor went bad)
Reverse light switch needs to be replaced (verified lights work by jumping connector)
Fuel pressure regulator gage needs to be replaced. (works but gage case broke off)
Needs a good ecotec tuner to polish out some idle issues (idle is high and hunts for 2-3 seconds when coming to a stop)
I don’t need to sell nor am I in a rush. This was a high quality build and I had bigger plans for it but I have been away for a while and my priorities are different now.
