V1 F35 shift cable mount issues

I'm coming close to the completion of my kit and I need to mount the shift cables on the transmission side of my F35.

From what I have from df, it doesn't seem that this plate mounts onto the transmission. Am I missing a part from df or does this somehow mount on the stock bracket?

That's a DF supplied part, and it's been a few years since I had an F35 in my Goblin, but I believe there's a Cobalt part that goes under it too. Hopefully someone else can provide a clearer answer.

This is accurate. There's a mount that goes between that DF-supplied part and the F35. The one from my donor was cracked, so I had to replace ... it took weeks. But, it looks like DF may now have a replacement part, here: https://store.dfkitcar.com/products/f35-transmission-mount-adapter?gQT=2

Please confirm before ordering it, it's been a while since I've completed my build.

Small chance I have mine laying around from my transmission swap if I can remember to poke around tonight.

The factory shift bracket for the F35 is used as a standoff for that plate that came with your kit
only the top half comes off and gets discarded
I also had to trim a bit of aluminum off a tab to get mine to fit, you can see the cut portion near the center of the pic above the upper cable

Luckily, Adam reached out and had an oem one sitting around that he sold me.

Should be installing it this weekend!
