Headlight options

I guess the version of the LUMEN brand I got doesn't have threaded holes. I think its time to design custom aluminum headlight brackets.

I made these headlight mounts using 0.50" laser cut Aluminum with misc spacers and headlight mount parts I combined together and attached to headlights using JB Weld. Brushed the aluminum with 220 grit sand paper. I think I might brush all of the raw aluminum parts on the car.

I looked more at motorcycle headlights because they're a dime a dozen and a ton of different styles for cheap. This is what I went with. They use a standard H4 bulb if you are so inclined to swap it for something else, but for now the bog standard halogens are fine with me. Kind of a neat old school look both lights on and off.

Then again South Carolina would probably approve the car if it had an large candle dangling off the front, so check your local laws before committing.
