V1 Off the Jack Stands and standing on its own

My Goblin is finally off the jack stands and in to the driveway; but I need some help and/or advice.

How were you guys mounting the parking brake lever to the tunnel cap?
I was considering using rivnuts.

Did you guys have to use the SS parking brake cables intended for calipers?
My donor had drums. I was considering cutting the cable and using a stop.

How did you guys pull the toe out of the front?
I've got it.. close.. but its really close to the end of the inner, and its still slightly.. visually toed out.

How big of a wheel are you guys using?
I noticed a lot of threads discussing tire/wheel sizes, but not for this reason.
I had a set of 15"x8.5" 4x100 that came off my Honda, but with the bigger brakes the clearance is uncomfortably tight.
I had to scrape the wheel weights off so it would roll.
I saw a user with 15" wheels in front, but I think his wheels had more space inside than mine.

I've attached a picture of my Goblin and also a picture of me checking the caliper lash.
Any advice and sharing of experience is greatly appreciated.

I've been very fortunate that I have not had to ask any questions until now.
Everything I was unsure about was found between the videos and this forum.
So special thanks to you if you were awesome and posted pictures of your car.

.

I think I just used bolt and lock nuts to mount the park brake lever. Rivnuts would work fine too.

you can buy park brake cables for a SS cobalt. hopefully you saved the park brake cable tubes coming off the lever.

need pics of the front end. You may have something out of place. In your parts stash, the new outer tie rods provided by Df go on the front and the stock cobalt outer tie rods get moved to the rear.

15“ wheels and up will work, but 15s will have to be checked. It will be very tight. I think most run 16-17’s including myself.

Thanks for your responses.

I ended up ordering the universal brake cable. It just seems like the easiest way to route and adjust the slack.
I did indeed keep the tubes, but thought I would break them while bending.

Upon further inspection of the front tie rods I've found that there is ample room to adjust out.
I was just worried for nothing. They are indeed the kit-supplied outers.

No big deal on the wheels and tires as they were salvage and may be out of round.
I kept them to put it on wheels but understood they would likely not be usable.
I am looking at 17" wheels with a lower profile tire.
Also using a height calculator and measuring to ensure it does not rub on the strut.

I did have another question..
Were you guys able to use your seat sliders with the Planted/Corbeau brackets?
I find bucket seats uncomfortable after around 30 minutes.
If you have a reclining seat, do you have enough room behind?

There shouldn’t be any bending of those tubes for the park brake cable. Not that I can remember.

i have NRG seats that came with sliders that I mounted to the Planted bracket. I have reclining seats, but I also have the short chassis, so I’m all the way back on the slider and no room to actually recline. I would assume the longer chassis you could recline if need be.

I ended up bending the parking brake tubes, and yes they eventually broke.
I have an extended frame, with the stock SS seats. The seat is fully slide back, and I don't have room to recline, I am 5'10+". I can slide the seats forward, and put 3 gallon jugs behind each seat. The forward seating position is possible for a short drive.
