Do you have a GM Part # for the new harness? May be useful for other people with rough donors as well.Not a bad days worth of work. Completely replaced the engine harness with a brand new one from GM. Also replaced the valve cover gasket while I was at it. Looked pretty clean inside. Not sure if you can see it but there is at least 15 wires in there missing insulation. Also found the MAF wire had been spliced 6 times plus several other sensor connectors replaced. Though it would be best just to replace it all with new.
The guy that did the final inspection didn’t even look. I kept him occupied with showing the horn, all the lights and seat belts. Then I started talking about the build and he slapped the vin on itSo the requirements for glass, winshield wiper, windshield washer and bumpers are optional? Or do you have to slip the guy a hundo...
