V1 The wife’s Goblin, 2007 L61 F23

I put a new GMPP clutch in my goblin. I was wanting a clutch that can take more power & abuse, but still keep the stock feel when feathering the clutch. The puck clutches tend to be grabby, and harder to street drive. They take more power, but don't last as long. The GMPP clutch still has a full contact patch, and I didn't notice a difference on the clutch pedal, but can handle about 50% more power.
I also kept the heavy stock flywheel for the same reason.
I'm not sure how much extra clutch a goblin needs, as cutting the vehicle weight in half, also cuts the drivetrain shock in half... but I do like 2nd gear rubber on demand. :)
The LSJ clutch obviously won’t work on the L61 but I may just look around and see what I can find that’s similar to the Gm performance parts kit with better holding capacity than stock but still an organic disc. Thanks Ross and Jirwin

LSJ clutch will work if you get the 9.5" aluminum 2.2/2.4 flywheel. That's basically all it is. Its taking it from 9" to 9.5" like the F35/SS allowing you to run their clutches.

Spotted a Goblin in the wild, well sorta LOL. The wife left the house before I got home and caught a glimpse of her when she went by

Just something I’ve noticed about the Goblin. Roughly 60% of bikers will wave without waving first. Roughly 80% of all bikers will wave back and the ones that don’t are typically Harley/ big cruiser bikes. Almost always get a wave from the sport bike guys. The Goblin is so much fun.

They think you are a slingshot. Harley guys hate slingshots because they have 3 wheels, but they love trikes. Hhhmmmm weird.….. oh and like Gtstorey said, Harley guys won’t wave at sport bikes and in general hate them. I don’t wave at them either and the feeling is mutual.

When I ride my bike I always wave to other bikes no matter what they ride but me and my old school looking Royal Enfield interceptor 650 aren’t in either class of bike. My bike is great for parts runs, errands and short trips.

I picked up these wheels for cheap today. I know they aren’t going to make it to Goblinfest but I’m thinking they’ll clean up pretty nice as they’re super dirty.

Those look somewhat like corvette wheels? The bolt pattern looks larger than the Cobalt pattern. Those are nice looking tho. :D
Yes sir. These are C6 Z06 wheels. A friend posted them for sale and my wife saw them and said I think they may look good on the Goblin so here they are :) lug pattern should be 5x4.75” which I’m sure it’ll need a spacer to use them too.
