ZZP LSJ 8 pin to 6 pin throttle body wiring harness

This guy? I needed it to go from my 6pin connector on my LAP harness to an 8pin LSJ

That looks like it. yeah if you could tell me what pin goes to what pin and the 2 wires that are dropped that would be great.

So, the blue and black both have a jumper wire at the 8 pin connector that goes from one to the other. Everything else is just wire to wire. To be clear, this is looking INTO the plug, not at the backside as I have pictured.

Oh that's strange when I scroll with my mouse wheel, the 8 pin upper left and the 6 pin lower right change to purple.....

Is there a benefit to running the '07+ throttle body? I snagged an '06 that has the same connector so all I have to do is re-pin a few since they decided to put the pins in a different location for some reason.

If you want to mic the openings I'll mic the 08 one I have and we can see if it's the same size.

In general within GM, you may not be able to swap the different DBW throttle since they will sometime have different programming within the throttle body modules and will look for different signals, sometimes even when they have the same connector. I have no idea within the various Cobalt/Ecotec throttle bodies if there are mismatch problems, but it screws up a lot of people in the Gen 3 and Gen 4 LS world. Just something to be aware of.

So the looks like zzp makes an 8 pin to 8 pin harness also.

And it looks like they sell the 8 pin LE5 throttle body for the turbo LSJ swap. so I would think you are fine with your 8 pin LE5 throttle body.

It must be possible since ZZP offers conversion harnesses for it.

I'm headed over to the shop tonight after work, I'll throw the calipers on it quick when I get there. I know the OD is 2.75" since I ordered 3" intercooler adapter for the LSJ throttle body and it's a touch too big for the LE5 but I'm not sure how that'll translate to the size of the butterfly valve though. I was planning on modifying everything to run the LSJ throttle body but it was going to take too much modification to make it worthwhile.
