Hey! they don't have snow in Waller, Tx! Sure they got snow cones, but snow?? one day every year? Like Atl, GA, it snows and the place shuts down because the nearest snow plow is 100 miles North of there! 4,000,000 drivers learning to ice skate is a disaster! I've watched them do it!
