I live in Virginia and I'm trying to figure out the best way (best looking and most functional) to mount the front plate, the methods i have thought of are mount it inside the windscreen, make a front splitter to mount it to, or munt it to one of the front control arms, but i don't know how it would look since i don't have a goblin yet. Edit: i also need to figure out how to setup a parking brake

I was planning to work mine into a flyscreen sort of thing on the passenger side, but I'm curious to see what those not running bumpers are doing.

I know this is an old thread, but since it's a replica vehicle and I'm presuming you're going to register it as a replica in your state, are you sure you need the front plate? Most of the replica/antique vehicles I've seen in VA, don't use a front plate. They're also not beholden to the same inspection standards, except to whatever the replica itself was.
