V1 Early model green and pink wires pic in thread

I was able to locate these wires. I added then vaguely to my harness. I got to the end of the last video and I must have missed what to do with them. 06 supercharged if that helps. Thank you

They stayed tied off together and are extended to meet up with the rest of the button panel buttons (cruise, resume, set, hazards, horn, fog light switch, info, return). The cruise functions come from your steering wheel if it had it, fog light switch was on the dash, horn (obvious), hazards on the dash with info/return. The reason those particular ones get tied off (info/return) is because one of those other switches also has a pink wire and it saves you from having to trace which pink belongs to what function.

Do yourself a HUGE favor before you wrap up your harness. Make sure Pins 1 and 2 do not have continuity on your OBDII port. The wires are the same color and the videos say all low speed GMLAN wires get soldered together (pin 1 on the OBD). HOWEVER, pin 2 is not low speed GMLAN, but a pcm data wire specific to the LSJ that is supposed to trace back to the blue PCM connector on PIN 16.

Np, I spent this weekend hunting down an OBD issue (everything else worked in the harness, just couldn’t get an OBD reader or HPTuners to read) and thanks to @ToxicBill i believe I found the issue. Still need to run the wire though but that’s the only thing not checking out on my harness. He did the same thing during his rework.

Definitely let us know if you run into any issues.

Now that I'm thinking about it, i did just finish combining all the green wires yesterday. But I feel like I had one extra green wire and I don't remember doing anything with it. I'll definitely be looking into it this afternoon. I really appreciate you chiming in R3drckt

Took me don't be a dummy time but figured out what connectors and pins I was looking for. Obd pin 1 and 2 check clean from each other, and obd pin 2 to PCM plug ring out perfect. The bundle of green wires concerned me while in process so having this check helped put me at ease. Thank you once again for the heads up.
