V1 Ecotec Oil pan

I don't have experience with accumulators directly but know of some of the pro's / con's mentioned here already.

My 0.02 on the baffle is it's a very simple passive item that even if it makes (I don't know) 10% improvement on oil management it's worth having as it's maintenance free and has no real failure mode. I would be interested in having one for my LNF even if there is only slight improvement expected. I'm completely making the numbers up, but maybe that 10% makes the difference in a spun bearing one day...

It looks like it's a 2d part with no forming required from what I can tell. I do not have a spare pan and don't wan't to pull mine off at this point just for this, but if there's a file already existing or one created I'd love to have it... or willing to buy one already cut if that were to happen... would love it to be stainless just because...

Most of the oil thermostats are fully open at 180 which is interesting since it takes 204 degrees to boil out the moisture. I would like to lower my coolant temp while keeping my oil temps in the correct range for lubrication and moisture removal.

I have both the LSJ and LNF pan on the bench and we are going to put them both in CAD. They do need to be louver punched but thats not a big deal as long as you have one. Let me see what my nephew is going to charge me for them (he owns a metal fab shop). Maybe they will be very affordable. I'll follow up on this.
