Yeah there's several registered here in PA, and I don't remember reading about a required front sway bar before. I call bullsh*t.

He has done the inspections on two Goblins here in Pa. It is ACME , in Harrisburg . Berrien Buggy , ACME Car Company 717-774-9450

If those are the Goblins I’m thinking about they didn’t need sway bars.
