99% sure that Dayco 89009 is the 3" (oversized) tensioner pulley. I picked one up for my 2.9" supercharger pulley. Requires a bit of grinding on the tensioner bracket per ZZP's instructions but overall not bad. That way a new belt can be picked up anywhere as well if needed. I never could figure out a parts store's part number for the Stage 2 belt.

My experience would be to look at the tensioner 1st. With a belt on use a straight edge to see the pulley is square with the other pulleys.
Its a new tensioner, which I guess doesn't mean much, but it should be good for something

I messed with some stuff and it seems like its only coming off at the alternator. I straightened it out a bit with some shims (washers). Its closer than it was. It might be because the belt is basically shot as its fallen off a lot. The furthest out rib is pretty weak. I'm going to see if I can find a flanged pulley to use as as the idler right before the alternator to see if that helps at all.

Kind of hard to find since at any auto parts store you have to tell them what year/make/model you are looking for, not size/type.

In the meantime, I'm still trying to find an LSJ belt setup. I've found 3 or 4 people with "LSJ Parts for sale" on Facebook Marketplace that has them but man is it like pulling teeth to get people to actually sell the stuff they have listed. So frustrating

I’ve got a link to the gates belt catalog somewhere and I think it includes pulleys also, with dimensions. I’ll try to find it and post it later today. Or you can probably search on here and find it. I’m pretty sure I’ve posted the link before.

Finally got some one to ship me the tensioner and idler from an LSJ. So, looks like I'll be swapping to a 6rib after all. I think this will be a better solution for many reasons. The pulley on the alternator is one way clutched so it makes the system a lot smoother. An extra rib means less slipping. Double sided belt means better alignment. And on top of all that, the belt is shorter and the system is more compact.

Now we wait for the seller to ship and hope its what I need!

Apologies I haven't gone back through the whole log but how are you doing belt routing? Do you have a gutted AC compressor?

I bought the ZZP 2.2/2.4 supercharger kit. It comes with an extra idler and standoffs for the alternator. Like the LSJ belt routing, it requires and AC pulley. I gutted my stock 5 rib for the initial setup. I bought a 6 rib AC from someone don't the forum who ditched the supercharger and didn't need it.

What are the benefits of gutting the A/C compressor? Isn’t the pulley just a bearing unless the compressor is engaged?
Not being an A, genuinely curious the reasoning.

Waiting on the tensioner to get here, so I decided to clean up some wiring. Replaced the kick plate spacer with a (3D printed) mount for my auxiliary fusebox. I don't think I've posted this since the old solution was ugly and involved a piece of OSB shoved next to the battery... This is much cleaner. 100A relay that goes power on with the lights. Convenient because I can turn off the whole relay by toggling the lights. Right now it powers the radio, heat exchanger fan + pump, wide band, oil pressure sensor, and USB charger. Wires aren't added back yet since its about 90F and 1000% humidity right now and I got sick of being in the garage. Baby steps

The good:
Everything is patined and on. I might have to come up with a solution for more belt play since I'm running the ATI OD, phenolic, and M62 spacer (for methanol). I have a stock length belt that I would like to make work if possible.

The bad:
My tensioner shock thing is broken or something. It has a tiny bit of movement (1/4”), but no "shock" behavior. I can't find a way to take it apart to fix it... So I might be SOL until I find another one.

Haha I agree... This guy I've been dealing with has been frustrating. Thinking about just using the PayPal whatever to request a refund (did it with buyer protection). I did get some "working" parts in the form of the brackets though.

I see no way of repairing this damper thing. So, since I have nothing to lose, we're going to see if an engine hoist can pull it apart. If anything seeing it shoot across the room with up my spirits lol
