V1 MJP61 Street Goblin - 10 LS Donor - #297

My wheel will connect at more than one angle... try removing it, and attaching it at another angle. I didn't use that ring either.

Ross
Yes, the detachable wheel with the green DF logo in the middle. It has connected at weird angles before. Yours doesn't?

I believe my play is in the quick release area, not where the wheel attaches to the quick release

We have found that some of the release collars hit the screw heads which keeps it from seating properly.

Check to see if the sliding collar is hitting the screw heads.

We have redesigned the spline adaptors to use different bolts that will have more clearance.

We will be sending these out with steering kits in the future and to all if the customers that have already purchased a steering kit.

We should be receiving these in a few weeks.

How are you guys setting up your air filter and mass air flow tube? Does the maf sensor go closer to the throttle body air the air filter?

S
According to the HP tuners forum the longer of a straight run of air prior to the MAF the better. I modified the Hahn intake that was on my donor placing the MAF RR prior to the bend to the turbo intake.

My exhaust manifold/header has a bung for the upstream oxygen sensor. The DF muffler also has a bung for an oxygen sensor.

Where do I put the upstream sensor?
Do I plug one of the holes?
Do I put in a downstream oxygen sensor?

First bung is for the stock narrowband O2 sensor, the second one is for your wideband. If you don't have a wideband, you can alway put the stock post-cat O2 sensor in there, or just plug it.

Thanks Ross. What brand wideband sensor are you guys using?

AEM 30-0300 X-Series Wideband UEGO AFR Sensor Controller Gauge161.48
I think it is $180 now.
The LNF has a stock wideband, but the LSJ doesn't. Not sure about your donor.

I used the Innovate MTX-L Digital Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge Kit p/n 3918. The 8' cable was long enough to go from the exhaust in the back to the gauge in the front.

I installed my LED tail lights and the turn signals blink pretty fast. I put a 25 ohm 50 watt resistor in parallel on the ground and stop/turn signal wire. The signal still blinks fast. Anyone know how to stop the "hyperflash"?

G
I think you have to put them in series vs parallel and you need one in each leg. Of course I haven't gotten mine to stop it yet, but I think it is how I have a relay wired in to make my 2 wire turn signal/mirrors function as both running lights and turn signals.
