Does anyone have any directions on installing the parking brake. Do I have to get my own cables to go to the calipers? The parking brake doesn’t seem to mount on the plate anyway.

Yes, you would normally use the guide tubes from the Cobalt donor and a pair of Cobalt parking brake cables. I seem to recall the cables need to be the length of a Cobalt with disc brake rear end but I'd get verification on that.
Yes. Cobalt park brake tubes and cables or aftermarket like Rauq said. I believe you will also need the DF park brake kit. Should be pontiac solstice rear calipers and adaptor bracket.
I got the DF Dominator headlights with my kit. They come with a 4-wire pigtail. However, the headlight harness has only three wires: Did I miss something in the wiring videos? I went back and checked, and it looks like Lonny's harness has only three wires, but its hard to tell.

Mirror light wiring and a bit of tail light wiring:
Full disclosure: this is not my realm of expertise, I'm effectively handicapped when it comes to understanding some of this stuff but I could use your help! I'm not using the standard headlights, sideview mirrors, or rear lights and this creates a 'fun' opportunity for me. While searching...

From what I've read, the manufacturer of the brake lights didn't always follow consistent wire color practices, so you may need to play with 12v to figure out what wire is what on the brake lights themselves.
On the car side:
Per the first diagram, all the running lights- everything that's on in the second stalk position and when the ambient light sensor commands the headlights on, in the front and back, are brown wires. Black for ground, which should be the case on all these lights.
Light blue is front left turn signal, dark blue is dark right turn signal. Yellow for left rear brake/turn signal dark green for right rear brake/turn signal, black for ground again.
Dark green is the left rear brake/turn light, yellow is right rear brake/turn light. Light blue is for the CHMSL/third brake light.
In my opinion, a supercharged LSJ doesn't need more than a 245 wide tire, and I also feel very few Goblins should have a tire above 200 treadwear.
A 245/40R17 is about dead on to stock Cobalt SS tire diameter, so your shift speeds and speedometer stay about the same. 9" is as wide a wheel as a 245/40R17 is recommended for.
I run a 17x8 +38 and can barely kiss the rim to the front control arm at full lock on the wrong bump, so a 17x9 +25 would have about the same fitment, so I would suggest that as a starting point for offset.
Before you scuff up your awesome bright green control arms on stock LNF turbo wheels........... do some research and get the right wheels or steering rack limiters.
I went with 17x9, +10, 245/40/17. I dont need spacers or the steering rack limiters and Im no where near the suspension.
Cable mount for attaching DF Goblin shifter cables to the F23 transmission in a DF Goblin. This mount will not work in stock cars like the Cobalt, Ion, etc.
Yes. The predilled holes in the panels should align with the frame tubes as safe locations to drill the mounting holes. Know there are welded tabs on the lower frame tube that are there for mounting the side panels. Duct tape and at least one extra set of hands to get the panels aligned properly is suggested. If you want the panels (easily) removable, then install rivnuts and use M4 size screws.
What color wires go to the reverse switch on the f23 transmission. I have a lsj with the f23 swap. For some reason my plug is gone. Also how does one hard wire that in if the plug is cut out.
