V1 V8 Gobbler #511 (Extended Track, LSX powered)

Desert Sasqwatch
NHTSA prefers the fuel fill on the passenger side to keep a person on the safe side of the vehicle if putting gas into it at the side of the road - if someone runs out of fuel. Automotive design criteria typically has the gas filler on the opposite side from the exhaust, when possible. If the filler has a tank vent it is possible that fuel and vapors may escape and having it on the passenger side may allow for less fumes reaching the driver. Obviously a Goblin has its own (loose) criteria, but Lonny went with the passenger side fill. Everyone has their likes and dislikes, put your filler convenient for you. :D

Here's a quick update. Been a little while. Have been busy doing side jobs to fund this crazy project. Fuel cell is mounted. Got a new set of wheels and tires as well.

Looks amazing! I've been following your build.

What are the Wheel/Tire specs if you don't mind me asking?

Well, I blame my scattered brain if I did NOT mention this sooner. Here goes. Did you compare the FWD LS front Acc drive system and water pump? The 5.3 LS came in Monte Carlos and others. Sorry if this has all been hashed out before. I didn't find it scanning your post and it's been keeping me awake. OK! Carry On!

I'm using an electric water pump with custom AN lines. -16an lines actually slide perfectly in the lower chassis tubes. No need to winch them in and out. Also using an ICT low mount alternator bracket.
