V1 AMCAMX1969's Extended Track Goblin #289 - 06 SS/NA automatic, 06 SS/SC, 09 SS/TC Donor

I just got off the phone with Swap Specialties about a stand alone harness, for just under a grand they will make a stand alone harness for the LNF with an automatic. It includes everything required (ECM, auto trans controller, fan relays, etc) basically hook up a power wire and the motor will run.
Did you decide to go with the Swap Specialities harness? I came across their site today while searching for other wiring stuff, seems like a really good idea. Not sure about the status of the harness on the project I bought - seeing lots of weird stuff, so just wondering....

I do have concerns on reviews about the company, I talked to them and they do seem to be very knowledgeable on making the harness and knew about the Goblin. I really like the idea of the simplicity of using the stand alone harness and wiring the rest of the Goblin using a Painless wiring harness. I did buy a 2009 SS/TC and may just rework that harness instead - Still undecided

I reworked my TC harness. Just take it slow. The videos are awesome for the TC harness

FWIW, I posted elsewhere and got a significant amount of negative feedback on the Swap Specialties guys. I'll be taking a pass on them. Going to dig deeper into the wiring harness that was supplied with the car before I spend money elsewhere.

My take on a windshield, toughest part was getting the nerve to cut the hood. Will be using the cut off portion of the hood to make a dash.

Hood is going to be hinged at front, just getting started making the hinge. May or may not have to add a little structure to the hood to strengthen up the hinge point.

Going to make a full windshield and also a cut down windshield out of 3/16" Lexan.
