Alright so my ocd kicks in and I like organization and there's hoses everywhere. I would like to straighten out the coolant lines. Let me know what you guys think.

Expansion tank for the engine side:
- New aluminum tank with pressure cap. Something like this but will probably have to be custom unless you guys have an idea.

- Also dont like that there is a tee for the return of the turbo and engine. Its also above the coolant level. Shouldn't it be below the level ?

Expansion tank for the air cooler and side HX.
- New Aluminum tank with pressure cap like above

- Have to see if i can mount it higher then the A/W cooler.

Yea seems like the ACDELCO 710237 is a solid choice. Is there any more gaskets I should order snice I have to take everything apart?
Nothing off the top of my head, but it’ll be a good time to inspect the clutch and such while it’s all apart.

Just received the water/ oil heat exchanger. Going to see if i can tap the top and bottom to run AN hoses. Will have to fabricate a bracket.

Ok just incase someone needs to confirm,if the gas tank comes out without dropping the engine or removing the intake manifold. The answer is yes, its tight but not impossible.

Upgrading to a new pump, snice the oem lines where killing me that I couldn't do AN lines. Also not sure if it was ever mentioned. I found out the DF tank has a 2" baffle. I was going to add one that came with my Tanks inc hanger, but i think ill leave it off. Or if anyone suggests it should install it ill put it on.

That GM quick connect fitting looks like it is made for the steel fuel lines. The stock fuel pump has a nylon fuel line connector, which I haven't found an AN connector for. I did see one other builder who left the stock nylon fuel line for the first inch, then switch that over to AN fittings.

Ok so I had some spare time and decided to design the thermostat housing like I wanted it snice nobody makes one. I will do a test print, after I confirm fitment. I will send it off to get made out of aluminum.
