V1 Escapepilot’s 06 SS/SC Ext Track Build - COMPLETED

Now to get that BCM and kick plate mounted. I feel like I have more screws, bolts, and spacers than I need.
I was greatly over-thinking it. So for anyone else that needs BCM kickplate mounting help, there are THREE mounting tabs in the BCM and it’s bolt, washer, BCM, small spacer, long spacer, aluminum wall, washer nut. The top of the BCM gets the longer bolt with and the extra small spacer.

Photos of how you installed your BCM and cover?

Also, I like that brown seat against the dark blue frame. It really pops against it.

I replaced this little spacer with a lock nut, so if I have to remove the foot plate, it can be done all from the outside and not have to remove the hood to get on the back side of that bolt.

Based on Rttoys suggestion, I changed the top kickplate mount to make servicing the fuses easier.
I used a standard nut instead of a locknut in the middle because it was thinner and the kickplate fit better.

I skipped the bolt going thru the kick plate, and used a rivnut on the firewall.
Passengers only press on the plate, and I don't want to carry an allan key to access the fuses.
Now I still have the 3 phillips head screws at the bottom, but I do carry a phillips screwdriver.

That’s brilliant, I wish I’d thought of that before throwing my panel out. I figured I could just Loogle the diagram….
