Thanks Dan!

On the master cylinder, I only have one aluminum piece that seems to fit on top of where the big plastic resivore is now. But I don't have naything like that shown in the stage 2 pictures that I linked in the second picture.

Thanks,
Nuker-

How does this part all go together?

The steering shaft does not slide all the way down on the power steering motor shaft.

There should be a slot for a snap ring approx 2" from the end of the steering wheel shaft.

I have a later model of brake fluid reservoir so it's different. The fluid tank should bolt into that piece in your earlier picture which then bolts to the pedal box with some standoffs. Then there's another machined piece that is actually placed on the master cylinder. The brass elbow and tubing run between the two.

Also can someone give me the wire breakout of the headlight connectors to the now mirrors/turn signals and headlights?

So close to driving just the last few things and the exhaust :D

Thanks!

Here's a photo of my spare master cylinder.
There is an o-ring on the one that is fully inserted.
I'm not sure what holds the 2 brackets where the roll pin was; I'm going to use a small bolt and nut.

As far as the pin out, going from memory.
The green wire on the mirrors was ground.
Headlight plug; black is ground, brown is running lights, yellow and orange were headlights, blue was blinkers.
I removed the harness off the headlight lens with the bulbs and plugged that into the pigtails you're holding to.
If you didn't keep those; you can use a spare bulb and socket from the donor and put one end on your - battery post and touch a wire to check function.

Brakes and brake lines/pads installed this weekend. Transmission fluid filled (Man that sucks on the F35 trans the fill plug is on the side). This week I'll finish putting the steering wheel assembly together and install the brake reservoir relocation kit. Once that is done I'll get shifter/shift cables installed and blead the clutch and brakes. After that I think I'm ready for a road test!

Intercooler will be here today, So I'll work on mounting that and running the coolant hoses from the front.

Oh and an important note, If you forget to install your clutch hardline and have already installed the engine/subframe and floor / firewall. It is possible and really not that hard to get the pipe bent around and in the right places.

What hose do you use on the brake reservoir use to connect on the brass fittings, Is it the same tube that you use to extend vacuum line to brake booster?

Also does the brass fittings simply screw into the aluminum block? Is there anything like teflon tape or other that goes in too?

Thanks!

Yea it is the same hose. Heat the end of the hose in very hot water before you try and slide it over the barbed elbowes or it will get crushed.

Teflon tape probably won't work well with brake fluid (just guessing don't know for sure)

I used fuel rated thread sealant (permatex 59214) but it's probably fine without it.

What hose do I use to connect the brake reservoir to the slave cylinder for the clutch? Can someone post a pic I don't want to do it wrong.

Thanks,
Nuker-
