Maybe I don't know the layout quiet yet but I don't show that option, this is all I have under Engine>Airflow>General

What changes did you make to the intake when swapping into the goblin? Did the donor have a aftermarket intake that you swapped for the DF supplied one?

Ooooh.... You just sparked a concern for me! My LSJ donor had some sort of intake on it. Should I be worried about installing the DF supplied intake arm?

If the tube size where the maf is at is a different size, the maf will need major adjustment, assuming it was properly adjusted for the aftermarket size. It probably needs minor adjustment even if it’s the same size.

Might should move this discussion to it's own post, but I came across a list of of channels to log for the LSJ. I don't haven't compared them to the ones in the file provided by jirwin.
rpm
etc%
tps%
advance
kr
iat *f
coolant *f
injector pulse ms (must record this to get duty cycle to work)
injector duty cycle %
commanded afr
wideband afr from properly transformed external input
maf sensor hz
airmass g/cyl

*if you dont have a wideband and wish to tune all events outside of PE then:

ADD:
ltft b1
stft b1

REMOVE:
wideband transformed

***you must have a wideband to tune WOT so get one asap if you dont already have one. aem eugo will work fine and wont break the bank.

You may figure out what is going on by turning back on the DTC and getting an error.

I don't know much about tuning the LSJ but the only thing that stands out to me is the fact that Dynamic Airflow is disabled. This maybe normal with tuned LSJs.

For what it's worth, mine is set to 4000 RPM disabled, and 3900 re-enable. For the most part, you want the MAF to do the work at higher RPM. Below that, the MAP sensor takes over with the VE table, which works better for transient conditions.

I'm not sure if my numbers are "right". My tune was based off a ZZP tune, so that's what they decided was right.

I got the new layout and channels loaded from a post I found on the HP tuners site, specific to the LSJ. Will run a test run in the AM to see how it goes. Here is a screenshot.

Something is causing it to run part of the time in open loop-fault mode. From what I can tell from researching, that is usually a problem with the o2 sensors but It's not something I know anything about. Your misfires on cylinders 1 & 4 go up when that happens.

I agree that you likely need to reset as close to stock as possible. Take your file and change everything but the fuel injector data back to stock. It should be able to run with the different pully that way. You need to stay out of WOT until this is figured out anyway. And until you get a wideband.

I guess it's normal for the LSJ to show an accelerator pedal position of way over 100%?

If this was an LNF, I would say that your MAF needs more adjustment based upon your STFT but the LSJ may be different.

Ok I will make the adjustments tonight at work and upload the tune tomorrow and see how it goes. Thank you for all the information.

On the HP Tuners forum, I did find someone with a tune for 60lb injectors and a 2.9” pulley. As another option it could be worth a try since it’s close, then make adjustments from there.
