V1 Kenny and Ashleys extended city goblin- 08 SS TC DONOR #218

Going to run the shifter cables and mount the shifter tonight... I know I've seen a post i believe by lonny on how to adjust the cables and such. Can't seem to find it now. Also any idea where the power comes from for the intercooler pump?

Yup I JUST found that too. I appreciate it. Now do you have any info on what powers the intercooler pump? I see i still have a red wire labeled "auxiliary power " in the rear of the tunnel and I have I THINK a red and a purple that say the same thing in the front of the tunnel. Any idea? I still have to find a home for a couple plugs as well but in time.

Four pin white plug is for the boost gauge.
Black with blue is for the small light gray box that mounts beside the BCM. It is the tire pressure monitoring receiver.
The pink and blue is for the brake reservoir.
So the 4 wire plug that you said plugs into the TPMS plug near the BCM i still can not find. Any pics of this thing? Thanks

Ark :D
I believe you mislabeled your AUX POWER wire at the back of the tunnel. Test voltage to it, if it carries 12v with ignition on, use it for the pump.

The pink at the front end should be the same thing, 12v with ignition on, for use with the intercooler fan (I think). Maybe that's a spare for aux use.

The purple should carry 12v and will be toggled on with the ACC switch on DF's button panel. It was originally the fog light circuit on the Cobalt.

Thanks Ark. I had DF do my harness so I'm sure they labeled it correctly. I may just be wrong on what the label reads. I will use that wire to connect the intercooler pump tonight, and wait on the button panel to arrive from back order to connect the purple wire. The pink wire i won't be using the. As I didn't install the fan for the heat exchanger. Thank you dude. Tonight's goal is to get that stuff done, hook up the shifter and God willing take her for a trip around my block. Fingers crossed.

Just broke down and decided to buy the ZZP short shifter :-) pretty excited to get that baby installed and the old shifter out. I probably would have e kept the old shifter however it had so much wear on the blue bump stop.

Welp.... the new crank shaft seal behind my brand new balancer pulley has a slight seep... this isn't ideal...
Just an update I decided to go the route of buying a new front crank shaft seal and new balancer bolt. Didnt want to deal with over torque on the bolt or trying to fix a leak. So far seems to be leak free. If anyone needs to do this I can tell you first hand it is SUPER easy and only took about 15 min.

Bought these brake line mounts and love them!! They were a bit pricey but no drilling into my control arms so I was happy. Also got the brake lights and intercooler pump working.
