Hey, it's another easy entry!

Looking good! It's super exciting to get it on the road.

I'm so glad we did the extended, it just looks better in my opinion and give extra room behind us for small items. I need to come up with a good bag or tote that we can put back there to hold items. We did this on the Arkansas trip using my wifes insulated grocery bag and it worked well to carry clothes, camera, drinks, etc. Without it, items just fall to the floor and roll around.

The easy entry does make it easy to get in but there is nothing on the side of your leg. I don't mind it, but it can be a bit intimidating to less adventurous passengers without that feeling of security. You will want a good harness to strap you in.

Ya I love the way it looks too! I've been plugging away at it and just dropped the last stuff off to be powdercoated today!

Yeah, I didn't want the full door bars because they looked too high and I didn't like the lower entry bars because it didn't seem like there was enough protection for my taste.... sooooo... introducing the mid-bar style... hope you guys like it. It will look better after powder coating!

I really like that. Did you have the guys custom build that for you?

Yes, the guys at DF did a custom build for me. I gave them a crude mock up picture and they knocked it out of the park!

I like the high bars not only for protection, But it's the perfect high for holding your arm while driving!

Engine looks great what did you use to clean it up mine is about the same shape maybe a bit rougher then your starting picture.

I used a mix of two degreaser's from home depot and bought a 10$ bug sprayer u pump up by hand. Worked awesome. I just let it sit and pressure washed it off after that.

Ty Brian, after looking back in there with enough light I found the mounting spot haha. I guess they changed it to the back.

I did have to cut the bolts holding the clamp to the plate because they were too long and hit the oil pan.

Oh, you're talking about the water pump. When you said "heat exchanger", I thought you meant the radiator thing. My bad.

What are we powering the heat exchanger off of. I think I saw someone say cool 2 but I cant remember

Here is what I used for my heat exchanger. This is a 10A circuit which is more than sufficient for the DF supplied cooling fan. It only draws around 4-5A.
