On the TC engine, if you're looking at it from the front, on the bottom left there are two threaded holes that align vertically from each other. The TC kit comes with a diamond-shaped plate, a small metal bracket, and a Bosch water pump. The diamond-shaped plate bolts to the engine via the two vertical holes, the metal bracket bolts to the plate via two horizontal holes, and the pump is secured to the bracket by a cylindrical clamp.

*edit* just noticed I dribbled some coolant down there. Guess I'll go clean that up now!
Thank you! Exactly what I needed.

Do we use this ground lug instead of the pedal box now? It’s not in the videos. It’s on the pedal box support.

That’s what I did. Just had to drill out the lugs to fit. In the videos they said to hook up the current sensor connection to the ground. Mine doesn’t have one neither does my harness

So I had to take the radiator support off for powder coating. Just went to reinstall it and found one of the rivnuts has no threads. Any suggestions on how to fix it. I’m thinking a large rivet.

Ross
It looks like the threads are just gone.
If you don't have a rivnut tool, I could send you a 1/4" x 20 rivnut, and you can drill out the old one, and install it using a 1/4" x 20 bolt.
Or maybe this is the excuse to buy a new tool. I liked using rivnuts on the rear firewall, center tunnel, etc.

I am the closest to you.. I can ship you my rivet nut tool or make you a tool that will work. I bought 3/8-16 rivet nuts for my seat mounts and my tool only goes to 1/4-20 so I made a tool that will pull them.

Well I’m on hold for a few days until I get a hand. Powertrain time. Now in the videos it says to install the motor plates. It looks like they are welded in now. Is this correct?
