Is the Goblin street legal?

Registering a Goblin for street use is possible in most states. Every state has its own laws and requirements for registering assembled, custom, or kit vehicles, so research is essential before beginning the registration process.
Some states may require additional equipment such as a safety-glass windshield, a functioning parking brake, emissions equipment, or other safety components. Requirements vary widely, so you will need to review the rules in your state and determine what is needed to meet compliance.
