Wires to Send to DFKC for Harness Rework

DF Kit Car can rework your wiring harness for you. If you selected the harness rework option, or if you would like to add it, you will need to send in specific donor harnesses. If you did not choose this option when ordering your kit, please contact [email protected] before shipping any parts.

Please include a note in the box with your full name and, if available, your chassis number. This helps us match your harnesses to your build.

Do not send the following items:

  • Engine harness
  • Fuse box or fuse box housing
  • Body control module
  • Ignition switch, gauges, or any other electrical components

Send the following harnesses:

Main Harness

Main wiring harness from a Chevrolet Cobalt donor, coiled on a shop floor with connectors visible.
Main Harness from the Cobalt donor. Coil it up neatly and send it to us. You do not need to tag any wires.

Dash Harness

Remove from the dash by following this video: Disassembling the Dash

Headlight Harness

Note: the SS/TC fuel pump harness will look slightly different.

Large Positive Cable
