Cold. Come on bud. I built min in Michigan during winter in a Costco carport.
My carport wadded up on me with the winds that came through yesterday. Good thing it was only the donor under it lol

Mine did the same this year so my goblin is sleeping in the garage this yearMy carport wadded up on me with the winds that came through yesterday. Good thing it was only the donor under it lol
Nice I’m #380 estimated pickup 3/7 coming to northeast our kits may travel together lolFebruary 17, 2022
No updates on the harness or donor part prep. Really waiting for the cold weather to break before I refocus back on that stuff. But, on Feb 07 my frame went on the jig, and only 2 days later on Feb 09 passed inspection! This morning I got my invoice and got that paid for stage 1. Shipping quote is $700, and estimated "ready date" for carrier pick up is Mar 07.

I'm earlyish morning (7-8AM) tomorrow.Ah, so yours was on that truck too! They said they are heading to Michigan after they dropped mine off, and I know both you and neodied are in MI. Maybe he gets his today, and yours gets dropped off in the morning?

I'm really excited to see actually how big/small it is. It's one thing to see photos and measure out dimensions in my head. Looking forward to swapping the bulky Cobalt shell in my tiny garage for something much more compact.
Well my first thought was that it's smaller than I expected but I haven't spent more than 5 minutes looking at it. Hoping to unpack the boxes and other things from it later this evening and really get a sense for it's size.
I think everyone’s first comment when they see a Goblin is “it’s so small”.![]()

This right here is my favorite idea so far. Add in a third bar perpendicular to the roof bars, that I can put a box/panel in with switches. For what, I'm not sure yet...but let's say lights, line lock, and other accessories that I could want in the future. I'm going to do some sketching and see what I may like before I share that here, but this has sparked new ideas.Go a step further and incorporate an overhead console between the bars
