V1 JCas Tacoma Wa city easy entry 07 LS #188 "REGISTERED"

Are those the ones from the eBay guy? I'm really happy with the quality of mine for the price paid...
I actually got these from amazon and so maybe a bit cheap but seem to be good quality for just short the 400 mark

Do you have your GOBLIN 188 yet, Im 189 talked to Adam Monday and said mine would probably be done at the end of March
I should have mine about that time. Adam and Anks329 who is 190 have been chatting with a shipping company and beings he is up the road a short peace He and I will share shipping cost and ours will be here around that time give or take a couple weeks. From my understanding they will be starting on mine soon

I guess when you work for the scrap yard and they know you. You get to see men turn to boys as this poor Cobalt was tossed around like a dog playing with his toy

So much gratification to see. The operator tossed and play and crushed for 5 minutes giving my wife a nice show. If I would have known I would taken video and shown that.

Remember to keep your radiator and catalytic converters separate as they bring a fair chunk of change

That is so cool!! Might need your help in getting rid of my shell later this month; almost done stripping it clean.

I found a transport company that works with Factory Five and ships their kits uncrated. By waiting and having mine shipped along with JCAS I'm saving around 300 for each of us. So, definitely worth it versus having it crated and sent up here for me to figure out how to get home.

My frame is apparently 90% done at this point, Adam and team had welded out a bunch at the start of the year, so I'm getting one of those :)

Well the wiring is not as intimidating as I thought. The only problem I have is wasting so much time looking for things that a base base model just doesn't have. However I did find this and not sure what it is. All wires run to BCM and come from the ground on the battery. It appears to be a voltage sensor

Now do all these wires get stripped or do I just leave it there.

Does anyone know what gauge wire that we where supposed to thin from the door plugs mentioned in wiring harness video 2 and then added back to the harness in video 6 for the radiator fan.

My donor was so basic that all I had in the door plugs where the two speaker wires so now get to add new wire or use something else

LoL that I have. I think my donor just happen to fall in that portion of the factory and did get rear defrost and air conditioning other than that the only luxury it got was carpet and radio lol. Maybe they have heard me sing and decided it might be safer for the general population to install the radio LOL

thank you for the quick reply

The fan is 80W at 12V - says so one the fan - which is about 7 amps current draw, probably 11 amps at turn on. A 12 gauge wire would be sufficient, but a 10 gauge wire would ensure the wire will not get too warm.

Well here it is Christmas in April. I feel like a ten year old with a tree full of goodies all for me. So much to touch and feel and smell. Most parts I can name and some I sit and wonder where does this go lol. Also had to see how some things that I ordered a couple of months back would look.

So I do need to first apologized for the last month of not keeping you all in the loop of how my build was going but I lost my Dad last month in a surprisingly fast turn of events and so that has kept me some what busy making sure my mother was all right.

So I will try my level best with what ever time I have to keep up on my posts. I have gotten all my wiring done so that is ready to go (I hope it is right and when I turn on the headlights that the horn doesn't honk or that my neighbors garage door open or some weird thing like that.

As for the shipper our driver was the typical truck driver but all arrived in great shape so I would give them a 4.99 star out of 5.

So it seems that I am not a photographer as it has been brought to my attention that I had damage on my chassis from the shipping. Totally not true.

The sun was out we are in the midst of a covid shut down and a Factory five truck blocking a street in front of my house tends to draw a small crowd. Really hard to practice social distancing with that going on.

What we see in this picture is a reflection of the white crane system that is letting my car down from the truck. I first took this photo to send to my wife to show her the color as she did not like its color in the only photo I had before.

Yesterdays progress was good. I took this morning off to deal with other issues but back out to my toy room thought I would share some of my progress with you now that the motorcycle is out of the way.

I was in hopes to have first start today but that most likely will not happen but looks good for the books tomorrow.
