I get it, its a kit car.
They're 1/4-28. I assume theyre coated and lock nuts. Can anyone confirm or show a picture?

*i misplaced the bag. They are listed on the bag as m6x1. Why we went back to metric is beyond me.

Regular nuts, a dab of red loctite and they will stay put.

The box next to the MAP in the intake manifold is the EGR sensor. Not needed, most everyone removes it and caps off the port - unless emissions are needed where your located, then the EGR is kept.

Dang. I was a couple of impatient minutes too late lol, just ordered a set of stainless nylock nuts that will do the trick. Ok, so only one sensor needs replaced then. I saw that when I picked the intake up off the ground and just shook my head in disbelief.

Got the tank installed today. Fuel neck cut down and bolted in. I noticed that the rubber fuel filler hose is quite large for the metal filler neck. I didnt get to close up the clamps as it was getting dark. It gets dark so quick lately and I know its only going to get worse. Still hoping to get the motor and trans bolted together and in the car in the next few weeks.
Saturday my buddy Scott and I are going to tackle the installation of the LSD into the F40. I hear its pretty straight forward, which is good. Better than the F35.

Not on the Goblin forum, not that I have seen. The Cobalt forums have shown some F40 stuff, but it's usually dominated by F35 and F23 stuff. There are a couple YouTube videos, but F40 internal work info seems to be scarce.

So Ive been having a hard time with what goes first, not in a build sense but in a logical sense and not wanting to do things twice or wanting to work in cramped areas if I can think and avoid it. So Ive been over in the SS/TC area gathering info to mount the heat exchanger and fan before I mount the main radiator/hoses.
Doing this requires my tunnel to be in order and to dive into stage boxes that Im not necessarily ready for.
I've got all of my front end heat exchanger parts in order and will be installing over the next couple days. Heres so pics of my tunnel and where it sits atm. As you can see, its tight in there. The very front and very back are the most snug and Ive yet to fit the shifter cables in there.

Today is supposed to be the last day of our Indian Summer, but it looks like the temps have dropped and we're supposed to get some rain later this evening. Its officially crunch time men!! Cold weather is coming and before that, the clocks go back, which means even less time after work to work on the build!! *sigh

Are you building outside or something? My garage is high-tech and has these glowing orbs on the ceiling. They let me work after Solis hides behind the horizon.
