V1 Kyle's Street Goblin #228- 07 SS/SC Donor

It’s an add on when you order your kit (or it was when I ordered mine). I made my own and incorporated a red light so I know when my parking brake is set

I have disabled the vehicle Anti-Theft systems on my car. Does that mean I can use a chip less key?

I've got a few questions I'm hoping you guys can help me with. How does the DF supplied Heat exchanger and fan compare with the stock set up?

Also what are normal AIT 1 and AIT 2 temperatures if you are actually working the car going up the twisties?

The stock intercooler is far too big for the goblin, so the smaller (in size) DF supplied one has to be used.

I decided to use a Spal fan instead of the DF supplied one, to move more air. Haven’t taken intake air temp readings though.

Aight... I need more light. I've tried adjusting the angle of my headlights and I came to the conclusion that I need something different. Should I swap the bulbs with leds or get different headlights that are already led? What are y'all running?

I had a bad bulb in Ming right out of the box so instead of replacing it with other stock one I got the led bulbs. Holy crap they make a big difference

I started at the front. Lined the two holes up with the vertical tube of the chassis and made sure the top was even with the chassis. I used painters tape to hold the panels to the chassis while I adjusted them. It will take a little trial and error to get them positioned the way you want them.

There's a tab or two along the bottom tube that you can drill/tap but you'll want to use some adhesive tape along the rest of the bottom since you can't drill into the lower tube.

Get a set of cleco fasteners and pliers to hold everything in place - less than $30 off eBay. Helps to get all the panels aligned correctly and then install your rivets/screws one at a time.

The Clecos won't help with the initial alignment, as the chassis isn't pre-drilled for side panels (or at least mine wasn't) and the side grip ones don't have sufficient clamp capacity.
