If the fan still runs with the relays pulled, then the green control wire will have nothing to do with it coming on or not. It's a power issue somewhere. Second this. If it's running with no relays/fuses, you've got a short to +12V somewhere along that light blue wire (or its extension).

My first attempt at powder coating my own parts ! I Called 2 different powder coating shops and neither one bothered to call me back so I will do a lot of it myself.
Attempt 1 I SOULD HAVE BOTHERED TO READ DIRECTIONS !!
Oh well it still turned out great just different, You are supposed to put LOLLIPOP RED DOWN FIRST AND THEN SILVER SPARKLE. WHO NEW THAT SILVER SPARKLE WAS A CLEAR . I DIDN’T !
So I put the clear on and then the lollipop red .You can see the circles and different designs on the metal the way I did it ,
I think I will do the other Two bigger pieces the same PROFESSIONAL WAY ! It came out quite a bit darker !

What piece is this? I agree with @JBINTX, it looks pretty cool!

I'm guessing that's the tunnel cap that comes with the DF shifter. Probably the back section since it has provisions for the parking break.

Cool effect. It's always interesting to see what happens through trial and error.

That's why it doesn't look familiar... I'll be getting my kit in March or April, but I have watched every video at least three times, and that piece doesn't look familiar. Now I know why!
