HHR Compatibility

The Chevrolet HHR shares many components with the Cobalt, but it is not fully compatible as a donor for the Goblin V1. There are important differences in parts such as the fuel pump, pedal assembly, and gauge cluster that prevent it from being a direct substitute. Using an HHR as a donor will require additional modification and sourcing of Cobalt parts to complete the build.

One builder successfully completed a Goblin using an HHR SS along with a Cobalt donor, using as many parts as possible from the HHR and filling the gaps with Cobalt parts. While an HHR can be used as a supplemental parts vehicle, the most practical and cost-effective choice is still a complete Cobalt donor.
