Fire Extinguisher - Been looking for a good bracket & a place to mount a Fire Extinguisher. Mounted it to the unused Engine cover (hood) mount. Made myself a simple mounting plate from some scrap steel I had (see picture).

Wrap goes on next Thursday.

Nice work! I went with a tube mount on the main hoop for my build because I was planning to use those brackets on the harness bar for seat back braces.

If the fan still runs with the relays pulled, then the green control wire will have nothing to do with it coming on or not. It's a power issue somewhere. Second this. If it's running with no relays/fuses, you've got a short to +12V somewhere along that light blue wire (or its extension).

DF used to use them with a bracket of their own design to further secure seats in the car. I'm not sure why they stopped using them.

As far as I know the bracket I mounted to was the mount for Engine cover (hood). I did not purchase the engine cover so it was a convenient place to mount the Fire Extinguisher.

These are the adapters I had to make for the larger 17" tires & 32mm wheel spacers. As well as widen the rear fender 1-1/2 ".

Bit the bullet & paid $192 for a professional 4-wheel alignment on a very expensive machine. Disregard where it says Chevy Cavalier, they had to plug something in as a baseline.

Hopefully the alignment is worth the dinero you spent. There are some builders who did the same and then ended up making their own adjustments to tweak the alignment correctly after the fact.

This is the envelop that has ALL the paperwork that the state of Florida requires. About 20 pages, including photos of the car and two copies of everything. Hopefully it's all correct & it goes well for me. There is NO Compliance Officer in my county (Suwannee) so I had to send my paperwork to Tallahassee (Leon County). As far as I know I am the first to apply there. MY understanding is once the paperwork is approved I can get a Temporary 10 day tag to drive the car to Tallahassee for the in person inspection. I'm hoping to be done & road legal around this time next month.
