Big weekend! Got the car registered. Going to try to get insurance today and then alignment appointment on Wednesday. Looks like I'll get a few drives before winter!

I'm wondering if there is a way to trickle charge the car without taking the hood off? Could I connect to a ground and put the positive on the post on the rear fuse box?

On the road! Drove my daughter to school and then headed to work. All seems good besides the alignment. I got it close with string but it needs to be dialed in for sure. What a morning!

I'm getting alignment tomorrow and want to make sure I've got some good specs to give them. I found these on a post. Do these look ok for driving through canyons and what not? I don't plan on doing any autocross anytime soon.

Too much rear camber to me but it might be hard to get it less than that.

Just make sure you have your "average" weight in the car when setting the alignment. If you are normally going to have a passenger, that weight needs to be in the car also.

Driving kid to school? And you once thought it would never run?(Don't feel bad, virtually every builder hits that moment. I'm there just now myself! It is sitting in the shop as life pulls me in every other direction except shop time. Grrrr.o_O)

I've see this a few other places on the forum but I keep getting a low coolant warning even though the large tank and the small tank next to it are full. Any thoughts on that? Maybe a sticky float? I also have a new OEM fuel pump unit and I'm getting super erratic fuel levels on my gauge cluster. Maybe a sticky float there too? I actually ran out of fuel this morning. Lesson learned. Keep it full!

So I’ve been driving the car for a week now and I’m hoping you guys have some advice. I got the alignment done but the car feels very uneasy. It feels like it’s always searching for a line in the road. I’m basically constantly adjusting my line and sometimes it feels like the car is going to pull itself off the road. It’s a pretty stressful feeling. Going over 50 is pretty scary. Is it something that’s normal? Someone told me it’s because the track width is narrower than normal cars so it never really sits in the grooves in the road. Like a train that has wheels slightly narrower than the racks. Maybe I just need time to get used to it? Wish I felt more comfortable.
