I pulled this seal off the old CVs. There is only one though, is there supposed to be one for each side?

I had DF kit car do my wiring harness. This plug comes out very near the wires for my fuel pump and the plug that goes to my coolant tank. Not sure where this one goes…

Looks like that’s something I missed and pitched. Does the car need it to monitor outside temperature or is it just there for driver convenience?

It is so you can tell how hot or cold it is outside when you are driving in your air conditioned or heated Goblin.
I don't know if it is needed, but I doubt it.

Its a status symbol... "your car tells the temp?" "Sure does, has cruise also"

Its kinda nice to have if your comparing outside temp to IAT's if reading off of your OBDII.
Not have to and can always source a sensor at a later time.

I bought an OBD2 reader. Doesn’t seem to be power coming from my OBD2 port. Any suggestions?

Ground in the dash harness? Believe there is one connected at the pedal box. Maybe too much coating to make a good connection. Try jumping that Ground with a wire to the battery Ground only 2 feet away?

All of my grounds go to the same place on the peddle brace. Everything else seems to be grounded good, I took care to make sure they were clean and bare. I will make a jumper and try though.

Is the pedal box frame grounded to the frame bare metal to bare metal? A nice paint or powder-coat on the box and frame together make a good insulator. If you're wiring harness is right, the next item in line is the ground.

Doesn’t seem to be a ground issue. Checked all the fuses. This diagram doesn’t match even close. Starting to worry a little.
